Dodge Viper ACR (1999)

Dodge Viper ACR (1999)

Dodge Viper ACR (American Club Racer) was a limited-edition version of the Dodge Viper. Introduced in 1999, Dodge Viper ACR was a street-legal performance model, designed to perform well both on the road and on the track.

This lightened Dodge Viper ACR featured modified suspension and improved power output. The engine delivered 460 horsepower (370 kW) and 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) of torque. Weight was reduced by over 50 pounds (23 kg) by stripping the interior and removing other non-essential items such as the fog lamps and replacing them with brake ducts.

Dodge Viper ACR also had a stiffer, adjustable suspension and 20-spoke BBS wheels.
