Lamborghini 400 GT

The last 23 cars of the Lamborghini 350 GT featured a larger, 4-litre engine. This same engine was used in the new Lamborghini 400 GT which was presented in 1966 Geneva Motor Show.

The new Lamborghini 400 GT was also created by Carrozzeria Touring, but compared to the 350 GT, this new models had restyled interior and roofline. The car offered more room for passengers and was designed as a 2+2 four seater. The 4-litre V12 engine developed 320 hp which made it possible for the Lamborghini 400 GT to reach top speed of 270 km/h.

Production of the Lamborghini 400 GT ended in summer 1968 after just 250 car were built.
