The top-of-the-range of the new F-Type Coupe is the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe powered by Jaguar’s 5.0-litre supercharged petrol V8 all-aluminium engine. It delivers 550 hp and 680 Nm of torque. The Jaguar F-Type R Coupe can accelerate 0-60mph in 4.0-seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of 186mph.
Production of the 2014 Corvette Stingray Premiere Edition Convertible is limited to 550 cars. They will all be top-of-the-line 3LT models, all in Lime Rock Green exterior and Brownstone suede interior. These vehicles also include suede-wrapped interior trim, carbon fiber accents, variable tuned performance exhaust system, Z51 Performance Package and Magnetic Selective Ride Control.
The all-new Jaguar F-TYPE Coupe made its global motor show debuts in both Los Angeles and Tokyo. Jaguar’s expertise in aluminium technology has enabled the design vision for the F-TYPE Coupe to be delivered in a lightweight yet extremely strong bodyshell. Torsional rigidity for all F-TYPE Coupé variants is 33,000 Nm/degree – greater than in any previous production Jaguar – this rigidity providing the basis for excellent dynamic attributes.
Porsche have made the last minute adjustments to the Porsche 918 Spyder just before the car deliveries begin. As a result, the Porsche 918 Spyder is even faster. With the weight-optimised Weissach package fitted, the vehicle now accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds (-0.2 seconds), from zero to 200 km/h in 7.2 seconds (-0.5 seconds), and passes the 300 km/h mark after 19.9 seconds (-2.1 seconds).
